- Meters will be enabled to purchase electricity from our third party vendors. The occupants will receive a printed voucher number. They will load the token on to their meters which will credit them with the purchased units. All payments received by the central Utility Vending Database are held in an account and aggregated according to their respective meter numbers. These, in turn, are combined together to make up the Aggregated Metering Account for the property Owner. The money collected in the Aggregated Metering Account, less our admin Fee, will be automatically paid over to the Council or Eskom on behalf of the property owner. Proof of payment will be sent to the property owner's nominated email address on a monthly basis.
