METERS SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION

Our meters have protection against lightening up to 13kV and a wide voltage working range -50% ~ + 130%. It is intended for unstable grid voltage environment such as South Africa and other African countries where brownouts and voltage dips are extremely frequent. Our meters are programmed to disconnect on overload and depleted credit, they have adjustable power limit and low credit warning, a built in tamper detection system in an event where the cover is opened or a reverse connection. Both prepayment and post-payment meters come with a Dual power source swap between grid supply and solar energy.

Mabcom Metering offers upgrades on meters, e.g From Single phase to 3 phase or Conventional to Prepaid metering while taking care of the admin that comes with switching.
